Lead Service Installation Tech

Report to Direct of Technology, Provide integrated system installation and support services to ensure the timely delivery of scope of work.

Perform Service and Installation of Access Control, Alarms, Video Management & Intercom systems. Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs as necessary on security systems. Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality utilization.

Perform computer program entry as required to add Video Management / Access Control and intrusion alarm systems as needed.

Prepare site documentation for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and / or conveying information.

Program and Configure Head-end control panels and systems.

Perform installation of cabling and device set up and wiring.

Dress, terminate and test cables and components.

Deliver effective commissioning of security systems to satisfy all quality requirements.
