We're searching for an energetic Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our electrifying team at Hard Rock Tulsa! You'll be the first impression, the welcoming smile, and the go-to guru for our amazing guests.

Imagine : you're expertly managing reservations, making check-ins a breeze, and sending guests off with a smile after seamless check-outs. You'll be the ultimate resource, answering every question and dishing out insider tips on our incredible hotel amenities. If you've got a passion for people, a knack for detail, and a burning desire to deliver legendary customer service, then get ready to rock with us!

Responsibilities

• Record reservations received verbally or in writing and enter them into the hotel computer system.
• Quote rates and room availability according to established procedures.
• Process and cancel reservations following appropriate procedures.
• Answer telephones promptly and route calls or provide assistance to callers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient check-in, check-out, and reservation services.
• Inform guests of required information and answer questions about the resort and local area.
• Communicate and coordinate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers in all departments.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Promote the hotel / casino and its services and facilities.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Group Sales, and VIP Services to meet guest needs.
