Now Hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work in the areas of Coral Gables, FL!

As an Security Shift Supervisor , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager / Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Pay Rate : $17.50 / per hour

Location : Coral Gables, FL

Part- Time : Sunday (2pm- 10pm)

Monday- Tuesday (10pm- 6am)

  • Manage a team of security officers, site and / or shift supervisors including hiring / selection , scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support

  • Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property

  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
