Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 educational setting in Marblehead, MA. This contract role involves working directly with students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that enhance learning and social outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and a passion for fostering positive behavioral development in diverse student populations.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Monitor and analyze student progress data to update intervention plans accordingly
• Advocate for student needs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
