Role : Solution Architect - PPQM - MM & QM

Duration 6 months starting ASAP

Location : Casa Grande, AZ (Onsite role)

Job Description :

• Overall 10-12 years of overall experience with Domain / Manufacturing experience with 5-7 years of SAP hands-on ECC & S4HANA in PP- Repetitive manufacturing and QM-In-process inspection with at least one end-to-end implementation and Support functions.
• Configure SAP PP and QM modules to align with business processes with good knowledge of interfaces and legacy applications.
• Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their production and quality management needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Analyze and map existing production and quality processes to SAP PP-QM processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Quality Management : Implement quality control processes and inspections using SAP QM, including inspection plans, quality notifications, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting : Document SAP PP-QM configuration settings, customizations and business process flows
• System Integration : Collaborate with other SAP modules and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules SAP MM, SAP CO
• Work on end-to-end process flows that involve multiple SAP modules
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure that SAP PP-QM configurations and customizations function as intended
• Address user inquiries and issues, troubleshooting and providing timely solutions
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user guides for new Projects and enhancements
• Continuous Improvement through SAP PP-QM module updates, enhancements, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
• Follow Agile methodology and work on tools that support incident, Problem & change management
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
