Seeking an individual to join our small team!
We are a small breakfast and lunch restaurant, serving fast, simple but delicious food.
Our team players rotate between cooking, running the register, prep and clean up. (Helping where needed)
We don't have servers.Will only be working with 1 or 2 employees at a time.
Looking for someone who can work as a team player and also independently.
Someone who will take pride in the food they serve, respect their workspace and fellow teammates and provide friendly service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or managementQualifications :
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but will train the right individualServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationReliable and ResponsibleShows up to work on timeWorks well with othersFriendly and willing to provide excellent customer serviceFollow the opening and closing checklistAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
