Our client, a leading organization in the medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team onsite in Irvine, CA. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Supply Chain Analyst

Location : Irvine, CA 92614 (FULLY ONSITE, LOCAL ONLY)

Pay Range : $28-35 / HR + Benefits

Contract Duration : 12-Month W2 Contract (NO C2C)

Job Function :

• Oversee and execute updates to Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reflect necessary changes, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation across product lines.
• Develop and manage comprehensive Phase In / Phase Out (PIPO) plans, coordinating inventory transitions and production schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Implement scrap minimization strategies, track progress, and report on waste reduction efforts to optimize resource utilization.
• Support production scheduling and procurement activities, managing purchase orders and ensuring a steady supply of materials during product transitions.
• Conduct planning analyses to support decision-making, providing insights on inventory performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
