Vineyards Country Club is seeking a talented and dependable Sous Chef to join our Culinary Team. This hourly position requires availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. The Sous Chef will play a key leadership role in supporting the Executive Chef and will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and properly closing the kitchen at the end of service.
