Position Description :
- Maximize profit by achieving sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory, by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) and / or Peripheral vascular products
- Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
- Increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing new accounts
- Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures
- Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
- Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application
- Depending on the territory may be traveling within region up to 50% of the time and may include overnight visits

Bachelors degree5 years medical device sales experience or 5 years total sales experience with a minimum of 2 years of Medtronic sales experienceDesired / Preferred Qualifications :
Strong preference toward local candidates with cath lab sales experiencePrefer sales experience in capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and in-hospital pharmaceuticalMedical device sales is especially preferred but not requiredCompletion of a strong sales training programDemonstrated high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive, and volatile environmentDemonstrated skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget managementDemonstrated skills in sales planning, organization and executionConsistent success working in a variety of business conditionsAbility to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnelDemonstrated success working in a collaborative environmentContinual self-developmentComputer (PC) literacyPhysical Job Requirements :

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : 65,000.00 - 65,000 U.S. Pay Transparency (for SIP, Commission, Hourly Direct, Interns, Executives) The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location.
