A company is looking for a Director of Contracts Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Corporate Compliance and Contracts team
Direct policies and processes for contract administration and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts while supporting vendor management and compliance functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Preferred)
10+ years' experience in healthcare government contracting and contracts administration
Proven familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contract types
Experience in developing and enforcing contracting processes and policies
Familiarity with healthcare fraud and abuse laws and experience working in a health plan or third-party medical payer (preferred)
