- Maintain detailed records of investigations and resolutions for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align employee relations initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Proven experience in employee relations and labor relations management.
- Strong background in conducting investigations related to workplace concerns.
- Expertise in performance management strategies and practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
