Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Clinic Client's team in Zephyrhills, FL. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. This position starts out as a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to be hired on full time!

📍 Location : Zephyrhills, FL 33542

🕗 Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

👕 Dress Code : Scrubs

💼 Position Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Contract : 13 weeks to start, contract to hire.

Pay : $40-$45 Hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and triage patients, including taking vitals and health histories.
  • Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as ordered.
  • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient care.
  • Document care and coordinate follow-up, referrals, and patient education.

Required Qualifications

  • Active FL RN License or Compact
  • BLS Certification
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care settings.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficiency in IV insertion and wound care.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergencies effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a patient-centered care approach.
  • Proven track record of initiative and problem-solving in a clinical setting.
