Job Summary
The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers.
Responsibilities :
- Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes
- Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders.
- Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors.
- Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead inventory and maximize return on investment.
- Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales.
- Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers.
- Process field requests for changes and / or additions to the managed order guide product listing.
- Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis.
- Take action or provide a recommendation.
Requirements :
