Afterhours Palliative Care RN - Advanced Illness Management

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled After Hours / On Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) team in Canonsburg, PA. In this vital palliative care role, you’ll provide after hours clinical support to patients and families facing serious illness—through in-person visits, phone triage, and virtual interventions.

Schedule is 7 days on - 7 days off.  5pm-8am Weekdays and 5pm Friday-8am Monday.
