• Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at DeLacy Ford. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

• Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and associated systems efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel vehicles.
• Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs.
• Assemble components as needed for various diesel applications.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in training junior technicians when necessary.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive repair, specifically with diesel engines.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $27.83 - $35.06 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
