Basic Qualifications for Electrical Engineer 3 :

• Bachelor"s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 4-5 years of experience in electrical cable / wiring harness routing on military and / or commercial aircraft, OR
• Master"s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2 years of experience in electrical cable / wiring harness routing on military and / or commercial aircraft.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top-Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. But it is not required to start.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
