Job descriptionOversee and manage construction projects comprehensively, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications. Utilize your expertise to review and interpret schematics and blueprints, guiding construction activities. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and promptly address concerns. Implement and enforce safety protocols for a secure working environment. Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts or challenges effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus. Requirements :
- Management / Leadership Experience : Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory role.
- Industry Expertise : 5+ years in Excavating, Wet Utilities, or Mass Grading.
- In-depth Knowledge : A solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
