Job Overview : The E-Learning Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for our e-learning projects and initiatives.

This position requires a deep understanding of the e-learning industry, including instructional design, educational technology, and content development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for educational or tech-related roles and possess strong networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Acquisition : Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various e-learning positions, including instructional designers, content developers, and educational technologists.
  • Job Postings : Create and manage compelling job descriptions and postings on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and manage the interview process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Networking : Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and e-learning communities to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on compensation packages and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on e-learning or related fields preferred. Experience in instructional design or educational technology is a plus.
  • Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with e-learning platforms, educational technologies, and industry trends.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.

g., SHRM-CP) are a plus.

  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with online job boards and social media platforms.
