Overview
The Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for providing intermediate onsite PACS support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware equipment. The Intermediate Imaging Administrator reports onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, works throughout the duration of their shift, and resolves advanced PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system in accordance with the organization's SLAs. Acts as an IT resource to imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports day-to-day technology incidents and requests related to Imaging Systems and components.
Responsibilities
- Report onsite at designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support 24x7x365 PACS support for Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments.
- Ensure accessible transportation for support to primary & secondary facilities during each shift and on-call; minimum 25% travel.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests via ServiceNow for imaging software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to SLAs and SOPs.
- Serve as an IT resource between imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors; provide prompt technical support / resolution for Enterprise Imaging systems and components.
- Ensure enterprise PACS system operates efficiently; engage IT resources, vendors, and clinical staff as needed to diagnose and resolve items such as PACS diagnostic stations, scanners, modality & imaging network connectivity to Enterprise Imaging applications.
- Perform routine system / preventive maintenance, testing, and installations on PACS applications and hardware.
- Participate in training and mentorship of new Associate Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists on daily operations and workflow.
- Participate in and own imaging project activities, including logging time, guiding imaging needs, following up on deliverables, and communicating project details to stakeholders.
- Adhere to ITSM policies and ITIL framework for planning, operating, and delivering IT services.

Knowledge and Skills Required :
Knowledge of AGFA / Siemens / GE / Hologic / Nuance / 3D Imaging SolutionsIntermediate knowledge in a clinical informatics environmentKnowledge in supporting an entire PACS system and related componentsExcellent communication skills; able to work with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff, and vendorsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and complete several projects within deadlines with minimal supervisionKnowledge and Skills Preferred :
