Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Application Support Engineer opening for our client in Philadelphia, PA.

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

Provide application support, including monitoring jobs and processes using platform admin console, log access, or tools such as AI Ops.

Manage code migration across environments to ensure synchronized functionality.

Oversee the incident lifecycle, ensuring ownership until closure and satisfaction of the originator.

Track configuration changes and schedule application updates.

Document processes and monitor application performance metrics.

Provide front desk and on-call support in a 24x7 shift-based model.

Implement platform upgrades and perform regression testing.

Execute user administration tasks (creation, deletion, modification, profile updates, password resets, etc.).

Maintain application performance at expected levels through proactive and preventive maintenance.

Prepare and collate metrics on tasks, incidents, and environment change actions performed.

Skills :

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong experience with AppExchange tools and integrations.

Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and Salesforce security best practices.

Familiarity with platform monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Experience :

Previous experience providing Salesforce application support in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development tasks.

Background in supporting mission-critical applications with on-call responsibilities.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
