The ideal candidate for the Operations Staff Accountant will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to work for a dynamic, growing company within the health care industry. The Details : 100% Remote WFH within the United States
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Monthly invoice preparation and month-end close processUnderstanding, researching, and analyzing scheduling / payroll informationLiaison between payroll and operational accounting teamsResearching and resolving operations and accounting compensation questions in a quick and confidential mannerAssisting with the creation and implementation of new standardized processesPreparing journal entries and relevant supportPerforming general ledger reconciliations – monthly / quarterly / annually with supporting documentationAnalyzing and interpreting monthly variances actuals / compared to budgetSupporting regional internal and external teamsOther projects and duties as assignedWhat we are looking for :

BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldWorking knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and general ledger accountingAnalyzing variances from trend in financial reporting from budget and prior periodsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, comfortable with other Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExperience :
1-3 years’ experience in public / private accountingPay Range : $70,000 -$80,000. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience and geographical location.
