We're a quickly-growing home remodeling company, helping homeowners transform their bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces. Now, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Event Coordinator to take our brand into the community and lead our event marketing efforts across the region.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Research, plan, and book high-traffic events, expos, home shows, and community gatherings
• Negotiate vendor contracts and build out a strong yearly event calendar
• Hire, train, and manage a team of friendly and motivated temporary event staff
• Oversee booth setup, tear-down, and on-site logistics
• Work events by engaging directly with event attendees and schedule free in-home consultations
• Collect leads and ensure timely follow-up
• Track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize the event strategy
