We are seeking a detail-oriented Subcontracts Management / Supply Chain professional to join our team on a short-term temporary basis (approximately 34 months). This role will not convert to a permanent position but offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact supporting our supply chain operations. This person ideally brings a mix of experience in aerospace as well as entrepreneurial drive and rigor to excel in this fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

• Perform PO (Purchase Order) maintenance, including updating due dates and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
• Engage directly with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, follow up on open orders, and help resolve basic issues.
• Support the subcontracts team with day-to-day operational tasks to drive timely execution and smooth supplier coordination.
• Coordinate and manage vendor interactions tied to submitted purchase orders.
• Assist with procurements across a variety of requirements, including raw materials, services, and tooling, with an emphasis on maintaining accuracy and supplier communication.

Full-time regular employee offer package : Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

Temporary employee offer package : Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
