If you enjoy building relationships, working with digital leads, and closing deals, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities :

Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads via phone, text, and email

Guide online customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase

Set and confirm appointments to maximize showroom traffic

Provide detailed product knowledge and vehicle information tailored to customer needs

Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales

Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Stay informed on dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and inventory updates

Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals

Qualifications :

Prior internet / BDC or automotive sales experience preferred, but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort with CRM systems, email, and text communication

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized

Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
