About the Role

As the Lead Recruiter, Go To Market, you will :

• Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for 10-15 high-priority roles, managing the process from requisition to offer acceptance while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
• Collaborate with business leadership to understand hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term business goals
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent in the manufacturing and corporate functions teams
• Be deeply hands-on in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, leveraging a mix of outbound strategies, networks, and referrals
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, influencing talent decisions and workforce planning through data and market insights
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support proactive hiring and reduce time-to-fill
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other recruiting team members

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
