Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the work and activities of patient support staff
Register and schedule patients, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Provide training and support for staff while maintaining CRM processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in a call center or phone-based support team
Familiarity with healthcare scheduling, billing, or EMS dispatching is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and experience with EMR systems
