If you're ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing education—not from behind a desk, but face-to-face with the families who will make it happen—this role puts you at the epicenter of change. Alpha isn't just another school option. We're proving that students can master core academics in two hours a day using AI-powered learning, then spend the rest of their time developing real-world skills that actually matter. No lectures. No busywork. Just accelerated results that place our students in the top 1% nationwide. This radical model demands equally radical parent partnership—and you'll be the architect of that relationship.
As Regional Director of Family Engagement, you'll own the complete parent journey at one campus—from first inquiry to long-term advocacy. You'll host compelling info sessions that convert skeptics into believers, build unshakeable trust through authentic relationships, and turn satisfied families into vocal champions who drive our growth. This isn't traditional enrollment work. It's movement-building, one conversation at a time.
You will be embedded on-site, leading with autonomy and accountability. No scripts. No hand-holding. Just clear outcomes and the freedom to achieve them your way. If you believe conventional education is failing our children—and you're ready to prove there's a better path—this is your platform.
