Independent, 99-bed community hospital with 14 satellite locations Position Overview

Hospital-employed physician model

Full-time position preferred (part-time may be considered)

Clinical and invasive cardiac electrophysiology

Procedures required : Ablations, pacemakers, defibrillators

Facility includes 2 catheterization labs

Designated Chest Pain Center

No surgical backup

Call schedule : 1 : 3

24 / 7 nursing support available

Current cardiology team :

2 Interventional Cardiologists

2 General Cardiologists

6 Nurse Practitioners

Part-time Electrophysiologist Licenses and Certifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology / Electrophysiology

Must have (or be eligible for) unrestricted Illinois medical license

DEA certification required Compensation and Benefits

Base salary : $800,000 to $999,000
