Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues, assessing clarity, relevance, and quality of responses

Identify growth areas and document necessary adjustments to enhance model accuracy and contextual understanding

Collaborate with the ML and development team to implement feedback and track improvements

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in English (B2+ level)

Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in digital or AI-related fields

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback for product improvement

Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus
