Job Summary

Provide coordination and strategic leadership for district-wide student affairs technology initiatives, integrating and optimizing technology platforms—including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and student engagement tools—to support the full student life cycle from recruitment to completion. Guide and assist in the design and implementation of technology tools. Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor data quality and integrity for the Student Affairs division, operating as a data steward in collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness.

Essential Functions

Lead, coordinate and support district-wide efforts in leveraging student affairs technology, including CRM systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute workflows and multi-channel communication and engagement plans to support admissions, recruitment and retention efforts and engage students through technology tools. Define, document, and enhance cross-departmental processes that leverage technology to improve service delivery and the student experience.

Support the effective use and continuous improvement of student affairs-related technology systems by maintaining documentation, developing user training resources, and serving as a point of support during troubleshooting and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and functional area leads. Analyze system performance and user needs to define and implement configuration changes, including data extraction, automation, import, and quality control processes. Coordinate and support the testing, implementation, and monitoring of system updates, upgrades, and security settings to ensure functionality aligns with data quality standards, institutional goals and student success initiatives in collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness.

Distribute or make data available to student affairs data users to enable them to fulfill their job duties. Contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics strategies in partnership with colleagues to track and improve student outcomes. Serve as a liaison between Student Affairs, Institutional Effectiveness, IT, and other departments to design reporting tools for stakeholders across the district, ensuring accuracy, consistency and proper use of data within the Student Affairs division.

Drive system efficiencies and continuous improvement through thoughtful application of Microsoft products and other complementary digital tools. Support the strategic integration of Microsoft technologies across Student Affairs functions to improve processes and enhance communication and engagement.
