Job Description

This role offers a range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

This is a second shift position with working hours from 2pm-10 : 30pm.  Must be able to train on a split shift for a minimum of 90 days with hours being from 10am-6 : 30pm.

We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill / Mixer Operator you will be responsible for :

• Running batches of ink at proper mill settings
• Packaging finished product in various containers and apply labels
• Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards
• Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
• Weigh-Up Batches : Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual steps
• Mix Batch : Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP's
• Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
• Canning
• Operating the following : Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
• Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data
• Completing scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
• Helping with repacks
