1099 CONTRACT

PAID WEEKLY

NEGOTIABLE PAY

10 DAY CREDENTILAING

• Full-time (4 days / week)
• Procedures will focus primarily on laser ablation, sclerotherapy, both ultrasound-guided and visual, and phlebectomies
• Current provider has a steady flow of patients with significant staff support (2-3 nurses and 1 US Tech)
• The ideal candidate will have additional experience and certification in ultrasound competency.
• Certification from the ARDMS as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI), or certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International as a RPhS strongly preferred. All Certifications are preferred and not required!
