PGHD Field Testing Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager for PGHD Field Testing will play a pivotal role in advancing the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) use of Patient-Generated Health Data to enhance veteran care. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager for PGHD, this position leads national pilots and technical field testing initiatives for PGHD solutionsincluding connected devices, mobile applications, and data integration tools. Field testing efforts are explicitly designed to evaluate and enhance application functionality, data workflows, and system architecture, ensuring future scalability and interoperability within the VA's Digital Health Platform. This role does not perform implementation or deployment into production systems; instead, it focuses on validating product design, architecture, and user experience to inform enterprise readiness.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading PGHD field testing initiatives
• Driving the technical validation of PGHD solutions
• Utilizing VA's PGHD best practices decision-making frameworks
• Collaborating across clinical and technical teams
• Collecting and translating user and technical feedback
• Integrating PGHD with data systems for testing
• Developing training and support materials
• Evaluating results and informing design decisions
• Coordinating with VA Prosthetics and Sensory Aids Service
• Collaborating with VA communications teams

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 12+ years or commensurate experience, a master's degree in nursing, social work, health informatics, public health, or related field, and demonstrated leadership in PGHD programs, digital health pilots, or connected device evaluations within VA or similar healthcare systems.
