Automotive Accounting Clerk

Overview

Town & Country Ford, located in Bessemer, Alabama, has an opportunity for an experienced automobile dealership Accounting Clerk to join our Team. Specific applicable experience in vehicle sale transactions, Title processing, and related tasks is required. A basic understanding and ability to utilize Excel is needed, and prior experience using the CDK dealer management system is a plus. This opportunity is for a Team Player that is organized, able to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional office environment.

This is a full time, in office role, at our Bessemer, Alabama dealership.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle sale transactions and Title processing and related tasks
• Utilize Excel for required duties
• Operate in a professional office environment, collaborating with Associates, Customers, Vendors and Guests
• Multi-task and communicate effectively to support dealership operations
