Contracts Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the contracting process for various agreements, including Non-disclosure and Sales Agreements

Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies

Review proposed terms and conditions, providing recommendations to protect the company's interests

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate contract or legal department

Demonstrable knowledge of standard contract language and terminology

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience

Experience in the software / technology industry is a plus

Familiarity with data governance and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
