Job Description\nSaint Luke's Community Hospital at Roeland Park is looking for an experience ED RN to join the team!\nShift : Full Time Nights (6 : 45p-7 : 15a)\nmust have a minimum of 3 years of ED RN experience.\nJob Duties : \nDemonstrate ability to mange care within the established standards of nursing care and practice as defined by the state.\nAppropriately triage patient and prioritizes needs, displaying a caring and responsive attitude.\nInitiate care to stabilize patient and assist in managing life support needs by collaborating with physician and clinical staff, demonstrating appropriate admission, discharge and transfer procedures.\nCollect detailed patient history and symptoms, including vital signs, providing appropriate care in a timely and cost-effective manner.\nCollect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with CLIA regulations and established polices and procedures.\nReport adverse treatments or medications in accordance with current policies and procedures.\nPrepare patient meals.\nParticipates in QAPI activities including participation in accreditation preparation and survey process, and maintenance of accreditation, state, and CMS standards.\nJob Requirements\nApplicable Experience : \n3-5 years\nRegistered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)\nAssociate Degree\nJob Details\nFull Time\nNight (United States of America)\nThe best place to get care.
