With strong resources in place, including laborists, anesthesia, and an MFM specialist, this role allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while also protecting your time outside of work.

What We Offer You

• Balanced Schedule : Four clinic days per week plus a half-day in the OR, with average clinic volumes of 30 patients per day
• Protected Time : Weekly blocked OR time for GYN procedures, with robotic surgery available and laborist support
• Light Call : One day per week only, with no nights or weekends, supported by a laborist program that covers most inpatient needs
• Generous Compensation and Benefits : $350-$450k starting salary guarantee with bonus potential, $25k signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME support, loan repayment, and immigration assistance available
