• Large multi-specialty group seeks BC / BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team
• Competitive compensation with quarterly RVU bonus offered with 3-year guarantee to be discussed with employer directly
• Join a busy Heart Center with 6 Cardiologists
• Monday - Friday schedule plus call
• Anticipated volume : 4-5 open heart cases weekly - approximately 14,000 wRVUs annually
• 344-bed non-profit hospital with a 6-bed Cardiothoracic ICU, CV step-down unit, 3 Cath Labs, and Open Heart Suite
• EMR : Athena in clinic and Altera Paragon in hospital
