Product Manager, Internal Tools

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Internal Tools and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of internal operational workflows, systems, and challenges through research and collaboration

Create and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, balancing new initiatives and technical debt

Partner with Engineering and Operations to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience focused on internal platforms or process automation

Proven success in improving processes in high-volume contact center operations

Experience identifying and solving operational bottlenecks through automation

Technical proficiency to engage in discussions about system architecture and implementation trade-offs

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
