This is a remote position.

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Itinerary Coordinators. In this role, you’ll work from home to help clients plan customized travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, and more. Key Responsibilities :

Research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences

Book flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, transportation, and travel insurance

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay up to date on travel trends, vendor promotions, and destination knowledge

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media

Build and maintain client relationships and manage travel bookings through our preferred travel suppliers

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

No experience required full training and certification provided

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers, online systems, and social media

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Passion for travel and helping others
