Schedule : Full-Time | Night Shift (7pm-7am)

Reports To : Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during night shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.

Serve as the on-site clinical leader, making critical decisions and providing guidance in urgent situations.

Monitor patient care plans, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.

Conduct shift handovers, staff assignments, and ensure proper documentation.

Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and resolve issues.

Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.

Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

RN or LPN license in WV.

Minimum of 1 years prior nursing management experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
