Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our client's team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data science, data engineering, and machine learning with hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, GenAI, and agentic AI / multi-agent systems. The role requires proficiency in Python, AWS, and deep learning frameworks, with a proven track record of working in Agile / Scrum environments to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI / ML models and pipelines leveraging Python and AWS.

Work on GenAI and LLM fine-tuning, including multi-agent and agentic AI frameworks.

Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure scalable and optimized solutions.

Integrate AI / ML models into production environments, ensuring reliability and performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum workflows to deliver iterative solutions.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.

Research and apply deep learning techniques to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and multi-agent systems to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

Strong programming expertise in Python (5 10 years).

Experience with AWS services (at least 1 year).

Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, agentic AI, and multi-agent systems (at least 1 year each).

Deep Learning experience (2 5 years).

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (5 10 years).

Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies (at least 1 year).

Excellent communication skills and creative thinking (nice to have).
