A Day in the Life :

As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding clients to make informed decisions about their finances. Your relationships with clients will deepen each year.

In this seasonal position, you will serve clients with varied tax needs, backed by a dedicated team and access to advanced tax training to ensure your success.

What You'll Contribute :

• Conduct comprehensive tax interviews with clients in-person and via virtual tools, such as video, phone, chat, or email.
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth and enhance client retention by offering additional products and services.
• Provide clients with support regarding IRS inquiries.
• Assist with tax notice services and, for those with Circular 230 status, offer audit representation.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment successfully.
• Bring experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Showcase expertise in handling individual tax returns.
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be comfortable with virtual communication tools.
• Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Meet applicable IRS and state requirements.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range : The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $80.00 / Hr. Local minimum wage laws apply.
