Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Job Summary : The Recruiting Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the healthcare network’s talent acquisition strategy by proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for clinical, allied health, and administrative positions. This individual leverages sourcing tools, social media, professional networks, and data-driven strategies to attract top healthcare talent in alignment with organizational values and workforce needs.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs across nursing, clinical, and non-clinical departments.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through , job boards, resume databases, social media, employee referrals, and professional healthcare networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles (e.g., RNs, respiratory therapists, radiology technicians).
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with prospective candidates to assess interest and basic qualifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with the outreach and recruitment teams to improve time-to-fill metrics and enhance candidate experience.
- Track sourcing performance and provide regular reports on pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and market trends.
- Partner with recruitment marketing to support employer branding initiatives and promote the healthcare network as an employer of choice.
- Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market analytics specific to healthcare.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Experience :
2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition—preferably within healthcare, hospital, or related clinical settings.
Experience sourcing clinical professionals (RNs, allied health, supportive roles) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., symplr Healthcaresource, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar).
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent, required
