Job descriptionProvide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on weight management and lifestyle change. Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized nutrition care plans. Educate clients on behavior change strategies and long-term healthy habits. Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and document in EHR systems. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. Maintain professional standards and compliance with ethical guidelines. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program. Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) . Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient, telehealth, or weight management settings. Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and nutrition counseling. Excellent communication, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR documentation. Additional certifications (e.g., weight management, behavior change, motivational interviewing) are preferred but not required. Health Insurance : Comprehensive medical coverage options. Compensation :
- Part-Time : $32–$38 / hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time : Annual salary range of $62,000–$73,000 , depending on experience (includes benefits package)

RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC is seeking experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to join our growing telehealth team providing nationwide nutrition and weight management counseling. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over your work–life balance.

As a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will deliver personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and lifestyle counseling through secure virtual platforms. You will work with clients to create practical, results-driven nutrition care plans that support long-term success.
