Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and personable IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our end users, manage system configurations, assist with hardware and software installations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on various IT projects. Responsibilities :

• Technical support :  Provide technical support to end users by responding to requests, troubleshooting issues, and training users on how to use IT systems
• System management :   Configure network devices.
• Software and hardware installation :  Assist with the installation of hardware and software such as Computers, Printers.
• Collaboration :  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software projects
• Documentation :  Maintain records by documenting system changes and revisions
