Navy Account Manager

Grvty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Navy Account Manager with a strong background in Intelligence to cultivate and grow relationships within the Naval domain. This role is critical to expanding Grvty's presence and securing new business opportunities with key Navy stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of Navy intelligence priorities, acquisition processes, and technical requirements to position Grvty's capabilities for success.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Navy, particularly within the intelligence community.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Grvty's core capabilities (Advanced Analytics, AI / ML, Cyber Network Operations, Digital Engineering, Systems Integration, Software Development, and UxV innovation).
  • Lead the development and execution of account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Grvty's technical teams to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to Navy customers.
  • Represent Grvty at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to proposal development efforts, providing insights into customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Stay abreast of Navy budgets, strategic priorities, and emerging technologies.
  • Understand and navigate the Navy's acquisition process.

Qualifications :

  • US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development or account management within the defense industry, specifically focused on the U.S. Navy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Navy intelligence requirements, programs, and organizations.
  • Experience with Navy acquisition processes and funding cycles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Familiarity with Grvty's core capabilities is a plus.
