What You'll be Doing :
Lead mechanical construction projects from concept through closeout, ensuring they’re completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Estimate, plan, and manage HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects for both new and existing clients.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgets, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations.
Take ownership of project performance, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For :
Experienced project manager with a background in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled communicator who can build trust and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, project management software, and general construction documentation.
