Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas. Support emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. CPR certification is preferred. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. This position is primarily a driving post and prior driving experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
