The Baler Operator is responsible for all activities associated with safely running the Baler / Hogger, maintaining a clean organized Waste / Scrap area, communicating efficiently with department supervisor regarding any jam ups and immediate repairs, ensuring all bales have been tied down correctly, and ready to be loaded to a designated trailer.
